Controlled pilot terms

A second opinion, not a guarantee.

Pilot access

Access is invitation-only while the read-only workflow, security controls, privacy handling, accuracy, and costs are evaluated. The service may change or be unavailable during the pilot.

Read-only scope

The current product is designed to read Inbox messages and produce a private view. It does not have permission to send, delete, move, or mark Outlook messages.

No safety assurance

Warnings, summaries, categories, and suggested replies may be incomplete or wrong. Do not rely on them as proof of identity, fraud status, legal compliance, payment legitimacy, or urgency. Verify consequential requests through contact details you already trust.

Your responsibility

You control whether to open a link, share information, make a payment, contact a sender, or use any suggested wording. Email content cannot authorize the product to act for you.

Acceptable use

Do not connect a mailbox you are not authorized to access, attempt to bypass account isolation, abuse model or email-provider limits, or use the pilot for unlawful processing.

Leaving the pilot

You may disconnect Outlook at any time. Disconnecting deletes the stored Microsoft token cache, mailbox identity fields, derived inbox results, writing profile, and scan history. An identity-free disconnected record may remain for up to 90 days for account integrity and support, and deleted database records may remain in the current seven-day backup window. Disconnecting does not revoke the Microsoft application entry. During the controlled pilot, ask the person who invited you for full account removal; a self-service workflow is required before access expands beyond approved testers.
